CBT-90 Big Chip White LEDs

Luminus Devices CBT-90 Big Chip White LEDs™ are now 25% brighter and capable of producing more than 2,200 lumens at the top end input current. They offer Luminus' photonic lattice technology which enables large area LED chips with uniform brightness over the entire LED chip surface. The optical power and brightness produced by these large monolithic chips enable solutions which replace arc and halogen lamps where arrays of traditional high power LEDs cannot. Luminus Devices CBT-90 Big Chip White LEDs also feature a thermal resistance from junction to heat sink of 0.92ºC/W, the lowest thermal resistance of any LED on the market. This allows the LEDs to be driven at higher current densities while maintaining a low junction temperature, resulting in brighter solutions and longer lifetimes.
