ROHM Semiconductor LAP-401 Single Digit LED Numeric Displays feature ROHM’s in-house 4-element (AIGalnP) high-brightness LED dies. The LAP-401 implements top-class luminous intensity while keeping degradation considerably slow. The ROHM LAP-401 preserves vivid illumination and the image of sets high over a long time. The device has a 10.16mm letter height with both anode common type and cathode common type available for each color.

Numeric LED Displays

ROHM Semiconductor Numeric LED Displays can be used for digital display modules to convey numeric information exclusively. The displays are featured with LEDs for segments forming digits providing wide viewing angle and high contrast visibility. The common cathode and common anode displays offer wavelengths from 563nm to 650nm. The displays are available in through hole and SMD/SMT mounting styles. Illumination colors are available in red, green, and orange. Character styles range from 4mm to 25.4mm. Luminous density ranges from 16millicandela to 250mcd.
