PV930-M280 BiCS5 PCI Express Flash Drives

Apacer Technology Inc. PV930-M280 BiCS5 PCI Express Flash Drives feature low latency, a powerful PCIe controller, and outstanding data transfer performance. These flash drives offer 8GB/sec interface bust read/write and up to 1,062,000/914,000MB/sec and 7,130/6,105MB/sec in IOPS and sequential read/write. The PV930-M280 PCI express flash drives can enhance the random performance by engineering the internal controlling unit with the DRAM cache. These flash drives comply with PCIe Gen4 x4 interface and NVMe 1.4 specifications that allow operation in power management modes. The PV930-M280 PCI express flash drives utilize 3D NAND for a high capacity of up to 1920GB. Typical applications include industrial, imaging, computing, and enterprise markets.
