ABB Integrated Power Solutions for Xilinx® Field-Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) feature ABB power modules that can be used across all of the Xilinx FPGA product families. These ABB point-of-load (POL) power modules meet the stringent FPGA voltage requirements for power rails from 2A to more than 300A with high efficiency and excellent thermal derating. These power modules deliver a tight voltage regulation, fast transient response, accurate PMBus telemetry and programmability, robust protection features, and the power sequencing required for advanced FPGA power designs.
