ABB QSD(V)W050A0B Barracuda III Series DC-DC Converter Power Modules are designed to support intermediate bus applications where multiple low voltages are generated. The "D" version has a digital communications interface, while the "V" version has a standard control interface. The modules operate from a wide 36VDC to 75VDC input voltage range and provide up to 50A output current at output voltages from 9.6VDC to 12VDC. These devices also provide 600W output power from output voltages of 12.1VDC to 13.2VDC in a DOSA standard quarter-brick size. Other features include low output ripple and noise, constant switching frequency, -40°C to 85°C temperature range, and a base plate for better thermal performance.
