Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5047 Si SP4T Reflective Switch (9kHz-44GHz)

Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5047 Si SP4T Reflective Switch (9kHz-44GHz) is designed to operate from 9kHz to 44GHz with an insertion loss of lower than 2.7dB and an isolation of higher than 31dB. The device is used in industrial scanners, test instrumentation, cellular infrastructure, military communication, and microwave radios. ADRF5047 has a radio frequency (RF) input power handling capability of 26.5dBm for both through path and hot switching. The devices draws a low current of 3μA on the positive supply of +3.3V, and -110μA on the negative supply of -3.3V.

ADRF5047 is pin-compatible with the ADRF5046 fast-switching version, which operates from 100MHz to 44GHz. ADRF5047 comes in a 20-terminal, 3mm × 3mm, RoHS-compliant, land grid array (LGA) package and operates from a -40°C to +105°C temperature range.
