Analog Devices Inc. LT3010 LDO Regulators

Analog Devices LT3010 Low Dropout (LDO) Regulators are linear regulators that offer low quiescent current and low dropout voltage. These LDO regulators facilitate operation with very small output capacitors and are stable with 1µF capacitance on the output. The LT3010 LDO regulators offer internal protection circuitry, including reverse-battery protection, current limiting, thermal limiting, and reverse current protection.

These LDO regulators operate on micropower, designed to be used in battery-powered and high-voltage systems. The LT3010 LDO regulators are available with an adjustable output range with a 1.275V reference voltage and come in 8-lead MSOP package that enhances thermal handling capability. Typical applications include low current high voltage regulators, regulators for battery-powered systems, telecom, and automotive solutions.
