ANAVI Technology Infrared pHAT Boards

ANAVI Technology Infrared pHAT Boards are open source hardware add-on boards that convert Raspberry Pi into a smart remote control. These boards are designed for creating IR-controller IoT devices or retrofitting existing consumer electronic equipment to control with a standard TV remote control. The Infrared pHAT Boards support sensor modules for monitoring temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, and light. These boards feature IR transmitters and receivers, slots for up to three plug-and-play sensor modules, UART pins, and EEPROM. Typical applications include controlling consumer electronic devices, creating weather stations, and integrating with Alexa, Google Assistant, and home assistant to interact from smartphones, tablets, or laptops.

Features

  • 2x 5mm IR transmitters (IR LEDs)
  • IR receiver (IR photo sensor)
  • Slots for up to three plug-and-play sensor modules
  • UART pins for debugging
  • EEPROM with board manufacturer information and a device tree fragment
  • Compatibility
    • Works with Raspberry Pi 3, Raspberry Pi 2, Raspberry Pi A+, Raspberry Pi B+, Raspberry Pi 0, and Raspberry Pi 0 W
