The Bourns 1.5SMBJ TVS Diodes are ideal for protecting power buses due to the diodes' surge withstanding capability. The series offers 12V to 85V standoff voltage and bidirectional and unidirectional versions. 1.5SMBJ meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD (Min.
