Bourns TBU-CA-Q AEC-Q101 TBU® High-Speed Protectors

Bourns TBU-CA-Q AEC-Q101 TBU® High-Speed Protectors are low-capacitance single bidirectional high-speed protection components designed to protect against faults caused by short circuits, AC power cross, induction, and lightning surges. Bourns TBU-CA-Q High-Speed Protectors monitor the current in the system circuit with the MOSFET detection circuit triggering to provide an effective barrier from large voltages or currents during surge events. TBU-CA-Q offers 250V to 850V peak impulse voltage withstand with a duration of less than 10ms. This AEC-Q101-compliant series also features a 100Vrms to 425Vrms continuous AC RMS voltage range.
