Broadcom ACNV4506 IPM & Gate Drive Interface Optocouplers

Broadcom ACNV4506 IPM and Gate Drive Interface Optocouplers each contain a GaAsP LED which is optically coupled to an integrated, high gain photo detector. These devices come with superior CMR performance (30kV/μs typ), wide operating temperature range (-40°C to 105°C), and 13mm Creepage & Clearance. Broadcom  IPM and Gate Drive Interface Optocouplers are an excellent solution for improving inverter efficiency through reduced switching dead time, due to the minimized propagation delay difference between devices.
