Broadcom ACPL-061L Digital CMOS Optocouplers

Broadcom ACPL-061L 10MBd Digital CMOS Optocouplers are an optically coupled device that combines an AlGaAs light emitting diode and an integrated high gain photo detector. This Broadcom optocoupler is suitable for high-speed logic interfacing and consumes ultra low power, at maximum 1.5mA IDD across temperature. The forward current is as low as 1.6mA, allowing direct current drive by most microprocessors. ACPL-061L is UL recognized with an isolation voltage of 3750 Vrms for 1 minute and IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-5 working insulation voltage VIORM of 567 VPEAK for reinforced insulation. ACPL-061L optocoupler supports both 3.3V and 5V supply voltages with guaranteed AC and DC operational parameters from -40˚C to +105˚C.
