Broadcom AFBR-S4N66C013 6mm NUV-HD Single SiPM

Broadcom AFBR-S4N66C013 6mm Single Silicon Photomultiplier (SiPM) is designed for ultra-sensitive precision measurements of single photons. This single SiPM offers a 6.14mm x 6.14mm active area and facilitates high packing density of the single chips by utilizing through-silicon-via (TSV) technology. Other features include high photon detection efficiency (PDE), high fill factors, excellent uniformity of breakdown voltage, and excellent uniformity of gain. Broadcom AFBR-S4N66C013 6mm Single SiPM comes with a glass protective layer that is highly transparent down to the UV wavelengths. This results in a broad response in the visible light spectrum with high sensitivity towards blue-UV and near-UV regions of the light spectrum. Typical applications include X-ray detection, gamma-ray detection, nuclear medicine, life sciences, flow cytometry, and astrophysics.
