Chip Quik is now offering an expanded solder wire portfolio, including various alloy and flux core options. The solder wires are offered in Sn99.244/Cu0.7/Ni0.05/Ge0.006, Sn96/Ag4, Sn99/Ag1, Sn42/Bi57/Ag1, and Sn63/Pb37 alloy configurations. The wires feature no flux core (solid solder wire), no-clean synthetic (ROL0), no-clean water-washable synthetic (REL0), and 2.5% no-clean water-washable (REL0) flux core options. The Chip Quik Solder Wires provide a 0.38mm to 1mm wire diameter range and a +138°C to +227°C melting point range. All featured soldering wires are RoHS 3 and REACH compliant with a uniform grain structure.
