KYOCERA AVX T4J Medical Low DCL Tantalum SMD Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX T4J Medical Low DCL Tantalum SMD Capacitors are designed for use in medical applications such as implantable (non-life support) or non-implantable (life support). The components are screened using a KYOCERA AVX patented Q process, including +125°C burn-in and statistical screening to reduce instability during the product life. These capacitors exhibit high standard reliability of fewer than 0.1% failures per 1,000 hours at +25°C and rated voltage. This is 10x better than standard commercial reliability and low standard leakage current (DCL) values of 0.01CV. The T4J Medical tantalum SMD capacitors are available in six case sizes, spanning 1206 to 2924, seven voltages spanning 6.3V to 50V, and two terminations options.
