Microchip Technology AT24Cx I2C Serial EEPROMs

Microchip Technology AT24Cx I2C Serial EEPROMs are designed to allow multiple devices to share a common 2-wire bus. These serial EEPROMs feature Schmitt triggers, filtered inputs for noise suppression, bidirectional data transfer protocol, and write protect pin for hardware protection. The AT24x serial EEPROMs are I2C compatible and optimized for various industrial and commercial applications involving low-power and low-voltage operations. These serial EEPROMs operate at -55°C to +125°C and are available in space-saving packages.
