Microchip Technology ATtiny416 8-Bit Microcontrollers

Microchip Technologies ATtiny416 8-Bit Microcontrollers offer a high-performance, low-power AVR® RISC architecture with a maximum clock frequency up to 20MHz and a 4KB program memory size. These ATtiny416 8-bit MCUs also feature 256B of SRAM, 128B of EEPROM, and 4KB of in-system self-programmable flash memory. These MCUs use core independent peripherals and picoPower® technology to enable flexible and low power architecture. The MCUs include an event system, sleepwalking, accurate analog features, and advanced peripherals.

The Microchip Technology ATtiny416 MCUs are offered in 20-pin VQFN and SOIC300 packages. These devices are available with a -40ºC to 105ºC and -40ºC to 125ºC operating temperature range.
