Microchip Technology AVR16EA28/32/48 AVR® EA Microcontrollers

Microchip Technology AVR16EA28/32/48 AVR® EA Microcontrollers implement the AVR CPU with a hardware multiplier running at clock speeds of up to 20MHz. The AVR EA family facilitates a flexible and low-power architecture, including Event System, accurate analog subsystems, and advanced digital peripherals. The MCUs provide 16KB of Flash, 2KB of SRAM, and 512 bytes of EEPROM. The Microchip AVR16EA28/32/48 AVR EA MCUs are housed in 28-, 32-, and 48-pin packages.
