APC by Schneider Electric P7GB & P8GT Power-Saving Surge Protectors

APC by Schneider Electric P7GB and P8GT Power-Saving Surge Protectors automatically cut power to idle equipment to conserve electricity, regardless of whether a desktop computer, laptop, or netbook is used as the "master" device. Three modes of protection (L-N, L-G, N-G) work independently providing continued protection to the remaining modes in the event a mode of protection is compromised as a result of a surge. These surge protectors feature EMI and RFI noise filtering and SurgeArrest fail-safe protection, which disconnects equipment from the power supply once a circuit of the protector has been compromised. The APC SurgeArrest Essential P7GB is a 120V, 7-outlet, surge protector for computers and electronics, while the APC SurgeArrest Home/Office P8GT is a 120V, professional-grade, 8-outlet surge protector with phone protection. Both devices feature a 180° rotating cord retainer.
