Semtech RClamp2271ZC ESD Protection/TVS Diode
Semtech RClamp2271ZC ESD Protection/TVS Diode is specifically designed to protect sensitive electronics from damage or latch-up due to ESD. This device offers desirable characteristics for board-level protection, including a fast response time, low operating and clamping voltage, and no device degradation. Each device protects one high-speed data line operating up to 22V. Available in a 2-lead DFN 0.60mm x 0.30mm x 0.25mm package with lead-free NiAu finished leads, the Semtech RClamp2271ZC gives users the flexibility to protect single lines in applications where arrays are not practical. The combination of a small size and high ESD surge capability makes the RClamp2271ZC ideal for use in portable applications.Features
