Texas Instruments TPS2294x Load Switches

Texas Instruments TPS2294x Load Switches protect systems and loads in high-current conditions. The TI TPS22946 ultra-low power load switch contains a 300mΩ current-limited P-channel MOSFET that operates over an input voltage range of 1.62V to 5.5V and also features an ultra-low quiescent current of 1µA (typical). The TI TPS22941and TPS22944 load switches contain a 400mΩ current-limited P-channel MOSFET. Texas Instruments TPS2294x load switches are designed for use in a variety of applications, including low-current sensor protection, portable consumer electronics, mobile phones, GPS devices, and more.
