Semtech LoRa Smart Home™ LLCC68 RF Transceiver
Semtech LoRa Smart Home™ LLCC68 RF Transceiver is a sub-GHz radio transceiver ideal for long-range applications. This transceiver is a half-duplex transceiver capable of low-power operation in the 150MHz to 960MHz Industrial, Scientific, and Medical (ISM) frequency band. The LLCC68 RF transceiver is designed for long battery life with 4.2mA of active receive current consumption. This RF transceiver operates from -40°C to +85°C temperature range. The LLCC68 transceiver from Semtech is a high-performance radio frequency device with high ESD and latch-up resistance. Applications include smart homes, smart communities, and consumers.
The Semtech LoRa Smart Home LLCC68 RF Transceiver is housed in a small form factor 4.0mm x 4.0mm QFN-24 package and is Pb-free, Halogen-free, and RoHS/WEEE compliant.
